"We cannot say enough wonderful things about Kira and her sleep program! Beginning in July, and for the 5 months that followed, we had our nights turned completely upside down when our 3 year old daughter (who was always a great sleeper) went into sleep regression. She began jumping out of her crib and waking up anywhere from 5-8 times during the night and was unable to go back to sleep without me or my wife waiting in the room with her to fall back to sleep. We tried moving her to a bed at the end of the summer in the hopes that would help, but the problems persisted. We spoke to our pediatrician, a child therapist, and Kyla’s pre-school teacher who made great suggestions but the night wakings continued. Our daughter essentially lost the ability to put herself back to sleep on her own. So on top of this being extremely challenging for me and my wife to have our sleep constantly disrupted throughout the night, our bigger concern was that our daughter was not getting an appropriate amount of sleep each night. We were exhausted and very frustrated. We were given a recommendation to speak to Kira and reached out to her as a last resort. We began her program the first week of December and within 2 weeks we were experiencing a complete change with at most 2 night wakings and our daughter putting herself back to bed almost immediately and on her own! What we couldn’t achieve in 5 months she did in less than 14 days! We’re now 2 weeks beyond that and things have only gotten better! Kira was giving us daily guidance and answering any questions that came up. She also would pivot when she felt it was needed and we were so appreciative of how closely she stayed in communication with us. Our experience could not have been better and our day to day life has improved so significantly in such a short time! We highly recommend Kira and this program!!"
